You add funds to a prepaid balance, and work is charged against that balance as you use it. Nothing renews automatically, and we never store your card — card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page, not ours. There is no monthly fee and no commitment: when your balance runs out, processing pauses until you top up.

Prices are indicative and exclude tax; the live rate card on your Billing page is authoritative and is shown before any charge is made.
No subscription fee. No per-seat licence. No minimum monthly spend. No charge for opening the account. And no card surcharge — the payment-processing cost is inside the prices above, not added on top.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Tax treatment depends on where you are and what you buy; any tax we are required to charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Only the amount you add is credited to your balance — tax is never credited to the wallet.
If you close your account, your unused prepaid balance is refunded to the original payment method, except amounts already consumed or that we are required by law to retain. The full policy is in our Refunds and cancellation page, and the binding wording is in the Consumer Terms of Service.
